Aftenposten wine course with P.A. Larsen

Aftenposten invites you to an historic tasting. Wine expert Tølløv Foss Heggem will present the P.A. Larsen portfolio, which consists of wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux, Pfalz, and Rioja. Tølløv will talk about Norwegian wine history and take a deep dive into the P.A. Larsen story, with eight wines to taste.

Barolo has in recent years become one of the absolute favorite wines among Norwegian wine drinkers, making this sure to be a popular evening at Tollbua! This is a rare opportunity to explore a wide range from this prestigious producer, paired with a specially composed five-course menu.

Fisketorget take-over: Food & Fun!

Two special evenings at Tollbua 🍴✨ Fisketorget from Stavanger, perhaps Norway’s best seafood restaurant, takes over the kitchen. On the first evening there will be one menu in the restaurant based on their best dishes. Doors open at 6pm, the food experience starts at 7pm.

Two special evenings at Tollbua 🍴✨ Fisketorget is known for its legendary lutefisk tradition. On Friday 7th November, the Stavanger team are bringing their own fish to Trondheim to recreate the experience in Sørfløyen. This will be a night for the ages!
