Norway Seafood Festival 2026
Welcome to Chef’s Dinner – Seafood Edition. We celebrate some of the very best Norwegian seafood has to offer, prepared with international flavours and techniques. The menu also includes a bespoke beverage pairing featuring selected wines from Tollbua’s wine cellar, as well as flavourful local drinks with a special focus on Norwegian cider.

Celebrate 17th May at Tollbua!
Now you can reserve your spot for the national celebrations on 17th May! We will be hosting two seatings: 12 midday to 1pm (the table is yours for two hours), or 3pm to 5pm start (table is yours for 2 1/2 hours). We will be serving a celebratory three-course menu, with lots of sweet delights and treats.
