The menus are always based on the best Norwegian produce, perfectly seasoned with flavours from around the world. Please to inform us of any allergies and dietary requirements when booking, so that we can adapt the menu accordingly.

Saturday Brunch

Tollbua is also open for Saturday brunch – a lavish and energetic way to lean into the weekend! First seating 11am, last seating 2pm.

(*NB/ from 11am until 4pm it is exclusively the brunch buffet which is available at Tollbua)

Join us from 11am for a selection of delicious cold, warm and sweet dishes. Great music and a stellar drinks list as standard.

Price is 545,- per person and includes a bubbly aperitif on arrival.

Bar Menu

As well as our 4 and 6-course evening menus, we also offer a tasty snack menu; perfect for some small bites to accompany your drink.

The bar menu can be enjoyed seated at the bar or in our lounge. It includes dishes which are perfectly suited to sharing.


Drinks

Tollbua’s generous bar and three wine cellars offer a wealth of opportunity. Choose from the modern classics on the cocktail menu, the beers and seltzers on tap, and the range of non-alcoholic drinks to start your meal.

The restaurant also boasts an impressive wine list. The sommelier adapts the wine pairing for the dinner menus according to the ingredients, and we never shy to offer advice and direction for those wishing to try something a little more special or buy vintages by the bottle.
