Punk Royale taking over! *SOLD OUT!*
This August Oi! Food and Drink’s Chef’s Dinner returns to Tollbua to mark the opening of the Trøndersk Food Festival. The legendary restaurant Punk Royale will be taking over! Experience the full Punk Royale experience, for the first time in Trondheim, featuring 18 courses, local ingredients, carefully selected drink pairings, and plenty of theatre and surprises. New date released: Thursday 6th August!

Tollbua at the Brewery Festival 2026!
Tollbua is one of the festival restaurants at this year’s Brewery Festival in Trondheim. From Thursday 6th to Saturday 8th August, you’ll find us at the Brewery Festival in Trondheim. We’ll be serving some of our classic favourites — along with a selection of special festival dishes created just for the occasion.

Saturday Lunch
Join us from midday every Saturday for a delightful three-course lunch for just 595,- per person. A new menu every weekend! Enjoy lively music and plenty of great drinks, including a bespoke Champagne pairing.

Gentlemen’s Lunch Club!
Following the success of this spring’s event, we’re bringing it back. 3-course steak lunch created by Christopher Davidsen, paired with beer and entertainment. We’ll be filling Tollbua’s Sørfløyen with great company and a fantastic atmosphere. NOK 889 + ticket fee.
