Winemaker Dinner – Seghesio (California)
Seghesio’s winemaking team follows a traditional European approach in the cellar. The grapes are harvested and the wines fermented in small lots, while techniques and methods more commonly associated with Burgundy are carefully applied. The result is wines with exceptional balance, purity, and character.
Now, Seghesio is coming to Tollbua to present six of their outstanding wines. This is an experience you won’t want to miss!

Our Sous Chef, Sarah, has created a bespoke five-course vegetarian menu, carefully designed to complement a diverse selection of teas and tea-based non-alcoholic beverages.
The beverage pairing has been curated by Te & Kaffehuset and features six different teas from Solberg & Hansen, offering a unique and flavourful dining experience.

Following the success of this spring’s event, we’re bringing it back. 3-course steak lunch created by Christopher Davidsen, paired with beer and entertainment. We’ll be filling Tollbua’s Sørfløyen with great company and a fantastic atmosphere. NOK 889 + ticket fee

Join us from midday every Saturday for a delightful three-course lunch for just 595,- per person. A new menu every weekend! Enjoy lively music and plenty of great drinks, including a bespoke Champagne pairing.

“Pre-Theatre” 3-course offer
NOK 595 for three delicious courses, served promptly – perfect if you have theatre, cinema or concert tickets, or if you are simply looking for a midweek experience at Tollbua. Available Wednesday to Friday between 4pm and 6pm.
