Masterclass with Henrik and Christopher *last few places!*
Join an exclusive masterclass with Henrik Dahl Jahnsen and Christopher Davidsen. In Chef’s Kitchen, we will prepare four dishes from Christopher’s cookbook, before you enjoy a four-course dinner with carefully selected wine pairings by Henrik.
2,500 NOK (+ booking fee), including the masterclass, four-course dinner, wine pairing, water, coffee, and a signed cookbook.

Celebrate 17th May at Tollbua!
Now you can reserve your spot for the national celebrations on 17th May! We will be hosting two seatings: 12 midday to 1pm (the table is yours for two hours), or 3pm to 5pm start (table is yours for 2 1/2 hours). We will be serving a celebratory three-course menu, with lots of sweet delights and treats.

This year, we are offering a fantastic food box featuring the best from Christopher Davidsen’s catering, perfect for a 17th May breakfast with friends and family.
The package includes high-quality ingredients such as homemade roast beef, Coppa ham from Tind, and the restaurant’s own smoked salmon. You can also upgrade it with delicious add-ons.
