For this special occasion, Sous Chef Sara has created a bespoke five-course vegetarian menu, thoughtfully designed to be paired with a curated selection of teas and tea-infused non-alcoholic drinks. The pairings are crafted by Charlotte Scheffer, Norway’s Master Tea Blender and founder of Gravraak Teatelier, who will also be present to guide guests through the flavours and combinations throughout the evening.

Gravraak Teatelier, based in Trondheim, is known for its carefully sourced teas from selected farms around the world, combined with a deep understanding of taste, balance and sensory experience. With years of expertise, Charlotte has developed a unique approach to tea blending that focuses on how flavours are perceived and enjoyed in combination with food.

The evening offers a rare opportunity to explore tea as a gastronomic pairing at the highest level. You will enjoy five courses with food created especially for the occasion. Dishes designed to match with the speciality teas they accompany:
