SØRFLØYEN
Our purpose-built event space has a room for every occasion.
Well, we say “purpose-built”, but in fact this is part of the 1910 customs house— one of Trondheim’s most recognisable and historic buildings.
Today, the South Wing is home to no fewer than six private dining spaces, ranging from the intimate Stallen (seats 8, perfect for a small private dinner) to the Conference Space (up to 120 seated, 250 standing), which has everything you need for a large event.
SUMMER PARTIES
Plan your summer party in Sørfløyen, Tollbua’s South Wing.
We can arrange everything from stage, sound, and lighting to entertainment, games, and motivational speakers. There are also large screens in each room and an integrated sound system.

At the heart of every experience in the South Wing is the food and drink.
We are proud to serve the food we love in all corners of Tollbua. Whether you are joining us for a business lunch or a special dinner with the board, you will always be served high-quality food based on local ingredients, designed with international flair by Christopher Davidsen’s award-winning kitchen.
QUALITY IN THE GLASS
You will notice that we have three amazing wine cellars on display all around Tollbua. Quality in the glass is a cornerstone of Tollbua’s philosophy.
Enjoy great drinks with your meal, including a wine collection of 5.000 bottles, managed by five-times Norwegian sommelier champion Henrik Dahl Jahnsen.
EXPERIENCES
Why not enjoy a wine tasting as part of your summer party experience at Tollbua?
We can create mini tastings to bookend your dining experience, or we can offer a fuller, deeper dive into a special wine, accompanied by snacks from the kitchen.

PRICING AND OFFERS
Set menus are available for groups of 12 guests and over, all served in the privacy of your own room in Sørfløyen. Atr Tollbua, room hire is always baked into the price, so there are no hidden costs!
Menus can also be built and created according to how many dishes you desire. For example:
3 courses: fra 925 kr / wine package 645,- (3 glass)
4 courses: fra 1125 kr / wine package 845,- (4 glass)
5 courses: fra 1325 kr / wine package 1045,- (5 glass)
The south wing is open for groups seven days a week, right up until we take a summer break 5th-28th July.
MIDWEEK OFFER
Make life easy and take advantage of our midweek offer (available Tuesday to Friday!).
For just 1.495,- per person you can bring your group for a three-course meal, with wine pairing, aperitif, coffee and water all included.
Applicable for all groups from 12 people and over. And, as always at Tollbua, room hire is INCLUDED in the price.

THE LOUNGE
Looking for something a little more informal? Why not take advantage of our tropical lounge?
This beautiful, light-filled space can host up to 60 guests and can be sectioned off from the rest of the restaurant by prior agreement.
Perfect for enjoying our new cocktail menu (launching 8th May) and exploring our snack menu. Enjoy delicious light bites such as our popular glazed buffalo chicken wings with ranch dip, or the critics’ favourite; crispy fries with Kalix Løyrom (trout roe), chives, and Røros sour cream.
AFTERWORK
We host afterwork events every Friday between 4pm and 6pm, with a DJ spinning an exclusively vinyl playlist. There are great drink offers to match the summer vibes in the air.
Book a table for you and your group, or simply drop in—we always find space for guests joining us down on the docks at Brattørkaia!
CATERING

If you would prefer to celebrate your summer party at the office or at home, catering is a great way to elevate the experience and make your life easier.
We deliver Tollbua-quality food across the region, ranging from fresh sandwiches to full five-course meals, prepared on-site by one or more of our talented chefs. The sky is the limit!

On Saturdays, we also serve a three-course lunch from 12:00 to 16:00. This lunch was recently awarded a perfect score—six on the dice—by Adressa’s Smakspolitiet, with 10 out of 10 for the food!
Also, keep an eye out for a new concept launching soon: a rotating meat and fish dish of the day. New dishes every week, 395,- for a wholesome meal, available from 4pm Wednesday to Friday.
