Tollbua has built one of the city’s best wine cellars with wonderful combinations between food and wine.

Tollbua’s South Wing is home to a wide range of entertainment spaces, which can be hired separately or combined to create a unique venue to celebrate life’s important occasions.

These include:
Chambre Séperée – seats up to 12
Chandelier Room – seats up to 16
Chef’s Kitchen – for parties of up to 40
The Lounge – for aperitif or for private hire
Conference – our multipurpose space for up to 140 seated diners

There are also special tables in the restaurant itself, which can accommodate large groups and offer a special dining experience:
Chef’s Table – an exclusive table for 10 
Champagne Table – semi-private dining in the restaurant
