On Wednesday 21st January, Tollbua invites you to an exclusive truffle evening featuring carefully composed dishes and an unforgettable dining experience.

You can elevate your meal with truffle on Tollbua’s 3-, 4- and 6-course menus, try our scallop dish with generous amounts of the black gold, or enjoy a risotto created especially for the occasion.

Simply book a table through the usual channels. You can add truffle to your menu on arrival – just ask your waiter for advice!

6-course menu (based on 5 courses) +600,-
4-course menu (based on 3 courses) +350,-
(Truffles also available as an upgrade throughout the week, available while stocks last)

This evening we will also be serving a special extra course, created by Christopher Davidsen especially for the occasion. Try our truffle risotto, served with dried reindeer heart and aged Høvding Sverre XO cheese. NOK 295 per portion.

You may also choose to add a generous portion of black truffle to any individual dish, including the restaurant’s signature scallop dish. Highly recommended! NOK 200 per dish.
