Winemaker’s Dinner with Weingut Heiligenblut – Wednesday 4th February 7pm

Winenotwednesdays are back! 🍾
Tollbua is pleased to invite you to an atmospheric Winemaker’s Dinner with the renowned Riesling producer Weingut Heiligenblut. This evening we combine gastronomy, wine and storytelling in the restaurant’s intimate setting.
Behind the name Weingut Heiligenblut – “The Holy Blood” – lies a dramatic and fascinating story. According to legend, Christian monks were killed by Attila the Hun on the estate’s vineyard, Heiliger Blutberg. In the year 746, Saint Boniface planted new vines on the site and built a chapel in memory of the fallen. This story has since been closely linked to the vineyards, the soil and the identity of the estate.
Find out more, taste your way through a complete selection of the producer’s famous wines, and enjoy a signature four-course menu from Tollbua’s eminent cuisine. 🍷🍽️
