Join us on 27th August for a new Winemaker’s Dinner in Tollbua’s event space, Sørfløyen. On this occasion, we are proud to welcome Spanish top producer Vega Sicilia.
Vega Sicilia is considered the jewel of Spanish winemaking and one of the world’s most prestigious wine producers. With roots dating back to 1864, they have built their reputation on uncompromising quality, long aging times and exquisite vintages that masterfully combine power and elegance.

In 1993, the Álvarez family – owners of the iconic Spanish wine house Vega Sicilia – also acquired Tokaj-Oremus in Hungary.
Vega Sicilia’s investment in Oremus represents a thoughtful union: Spain’s prestige, discipline and brand power combined with Hungary’s historic Tokaj tradition and unique terroir. The result? Innovative wines such as the dry Furmint Mandolás and world-class Aszú dessert wines that have elevated Tokaj to a new international level.
On August 27th, we will bring these two wine houses together and showcase some of the best dry white wines and sweet dessert wines from Hungary, as well as some of the most powerful red wines from Spain – served with a Tollbua menu tailored for the occasion.
