La Fiorita was established in the early 1990s but has been revitalized with the arrival of new owners in 2011. They have gradually transitioned to organic production and have been certified since 2019. They have invested in a modern cantina that moves the wine using gravity.
From grape to wine, there are no compromises or shortcuts, with a constant focus on sustainability and quality.

Important products from La Fiorita include:
Ninfalia: An IGT Toscana rosato made from Sangiovese grapes. This wine is known for its intense aromas and refreshing taste with a salty finish. It is only produced in magnum bottles.
Brunello di Montalcino: This is their flagship wine, made from 100% Sangiovese. It is known for its complex flavour and long aging process. The wine is aged for three years in large oak casks and one year in the bottle before being released to the market. The 2019 vintage received 95 points from Wine Spectator.
Brunello di Montalcino Riserva: This wine is only produced in exceptional vintages and comes from selected vineyards. It has a minimum aging period of six years before release, resulting in a complex and elegant wine with great longevity.
Rosso di Montalcino: A younger wine made from grapes from the Brunello vineyards. It is aged for 20 months before release and provides a great introduction to Sangiovese from Montalcino.
