Tollbua is delighted to invite you to an exclusive Winemaker’s Dinner with one of Champagne’s most respected and uncompromising houses – Champagne Bruno Paillard. This will be an evening where gastronomy, precision and elegance take centre stage.

Champagne Bruno Paillard was founded in Reims in 1981, with a clear philosophy: to create champagnes of exceptional purity, balance and ageing potential. The house is renowned for its high proportion of reserve wines, extended ageing on the lees and consistently low dosage, resulting in champagnes of great finesse, freshness and complexity.
On this evening, Tollbua’s kitchen will present a carefully composed menu designed to highlight the expression of the champagnes – from freshness and minerality to depth and structure. Throughout the dinner, you will gain insight into the house’s history, vineyards and craftsmanship, told through each glass.

- A multi-course menu from Tollbua’s kitchen
- Selected champagnes from Champagne Bruno Paillard
- Storytelling and insight into the champagne house’s philosophy and style
