One evening, two masters in their fields and a limited number of seats – with plenty of recipes, tips and stories to share.

Friday 8th May, we invite you to a “show and tell” cooking class in Chef’s Kitchen, where we will prepare four dishes from Christopher’s cookbook. Afterwards, you will be invited to enjoy a four-course dinner, with wines carefully selected by five-time Norwegian Sommelier Champion Henrik Dahl Jahnsen

The ticket price includes all wine and food, and guests will gifted a signed copy of Christopher’s cookbook at the end, so you can test the recipes on your friends and family after! The wines selected will also be readily available in most Vinmonopolets, so you will be able to put your drink-pairing knowledge to the test too.
