Karl Erik Pallesen is Stavanger’s very own culinary rock star – an uncompromising chef with zero impulse control, boundless energy, and a mouth that’s never quite found its filter. He’s the chef who lights up the room, whether he’s showcasing an ingredient, firing up a service, or throwing out a comment that makes people blush and laugh at the same time. Karl Erik is as much an entertainer as he is a chef, and he’s made it his trademark to combine serious gastronomy with a playfulness that no one else can match. He is the fireworks, the chaos, and the charm that ensure people don’t just eat his food – they remember the moment.
Best of all, Karl Erik is also great friends with Tollbua Chef patron, Christopher Davidsen. The two chefs are now excited to announce the launch of a collaboration they have been scheming for many months!
