
Tollbua’s South Wing is home to a wide range of entertainment spaces, which can be hired separately or combined to create a unique venue to celebrate life’s important occasions.
These include:

The Lounge – for aperitif or for private hire
Conference – our multipurpose space for up to 140 seated diners

Chambre Séperée
The Chambre is within the restaurant’s iconic orangery, centred around a beautiful table constructed out of the building’s old beams. It seats up to twelve people alongside our vintage wine cabinet.

Chandelier Room
This private room, also known as the ‘fruit cellar’, is an exclusive private space, with windows on two sides, a private bathroom and luxurious armchairs for up to 14 people (can seat 16 with regular chairs).
It is one of three self-contained meeting rooms at Tollbua, which are available for business occasions during the day and private dining in the evening.

Chef’s Kitchen
The Chef’s Kitchen is a sealed off area which can be used for private events. The light and airy room has it’s own fully serviced kitchen and it’s also where Christopher Davidsen likes to test out his new recipes.
Perfect for parties of up to 40 people, or for culinary events such as cooking classes.

Chef’s Table
In the restaurant itself you have two exclusive tables. The first of these is Chef’s Table, where up to 10 people can sit up close to the action, in comfortable seats.

Champagne Table
The second is our Champagne Table, which is just slightly off from the rest of the restaurant, beside our most enticing wine fridge. Perfect for up to 12 diners who would like a semi-private dining experience.

The Lounge
Planning an afterwork get-together? Try our lounge, which has over thirty seats, a private bar and loads of standing space. Also perfect for a relaxing aperitif before enjoying a meal in the restaurant.

Conference
The conference space itself can seat up to 140, and can be combined with other areas for parties on an epic scale. Get in touch with our booking team for more information and advice on the perfect space for your next big event:

Christmas 2025

These are the options for Christmas parties in Sørfløyen this year (available from October 22).
As always, venue rental is included in the price! Minimum 8 people (groups of fewer than eight will be invited to sit in the restaurant and enjoy our seasonal 4- and 6-course menus).
Lutefisk (or cod), including two servings – NOK 745 per person
Christmas platter – NOK 745 per person
Includes roast pork rib, “pinnekjøtt” (traditional dried mutton) and all the trimmings
3-course Christmas menu – NOK 895 per person:
- Garlic-baked cod
Peas, beetroot & horseradish
Lemon butter sauce & roasted yeast - Roast duck breast from Holtegård
Parsnip, red cabbage & plum
