This year we are offering a fantastic food box, with the best of Tollbua’s catering, to be enjoyed with friends and family on your 17th May breakfast. 

The package is curated by Christopher Davidsen and includes high quality ingredients like homemade roast beef, Coppa skinke from Tind, Skagenrøre and the restaurant’s very own smoked salmon. You can also pimp it with tasty additions, ranging from our killer new hot wings and range dip, to boxes of Oscietra Gold caviar (Christopher’s favourite!). 

Order by 12th May for collection on the 16th 🎉🍽️

Delivery available on request (450,- subject to availability). We do not cater for allergies in this package unfortunately.

The 17th May box includes, among other things:

  • Tollbua’s smoked salmon
  • “Skagen mix” with grilled lemon & dill
  • Homemade roast beef & spring onion mayonnaise
  • Coppa ham from Tind
  • Smoked ham with pickled onion
  • Scrambled eggs with crème fraîche & chives
  • Potato salad with mustard, apple & spring onion
  • Fresh salad
  • Cheese, crispbread & apricot marmalade
  • Sourdough bread, aioli, and whipped butter

395,- per person (minimum order of 2 people)

Norwegian ‘Fløterand’, with strawberries, elderflower & vanilla
