“Julebord” – Book you Christmas party in Sørfløyen
There’s nothing better at Christmas than gathering around a good meal with friends, colleagues, or family. At Tollbua, we offer a variety of tables suitable for medium-sized groups, including the semi-private Champagne Table and Chef’s Table.
Groups of 8 people or more are invited to book their Christmas party in Sørfløyen, our private dining venue with several elegant rooms. Here, you’ll find the perfect space for groups from 8 to 120 guests.
Here are our 2025 Christmas menus –
3-course Christmas menu: 895 NOK per person (see below)
Lutefisk (or cod) with two servings: 745 NOK per person
Classic Christmas menu with ribbe, pinnekjøtt, and all the trimmings: 745 NOK per person

As always, room hire is included in the price!*

The whole group must choose the same menu. We are, of course, happy to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements – just let us know in advance. See our Christmas party package below.

Wine in focus this Christmas
The most wine-derful time of the year! 🍷✨
’Tis the season to be merry — and why not with some of the finest wines around? This year, we not only have an excellent selection to pair with your dinner or event at Tollbua, but have also hosted a range of sparkling wine events.
The events are now completed for 2025, but you can already begin to look forward to an incredible line up in 2026:
Wednesday, 4th February – Winemaker’s dinner with Riesling producer Weingut Heiligenblut.
Thursday, F5th February – From Vineyard to Vineyard / Vineyard Voyages in California, wine tasting with Christer Berens.
Wednesday, 4th March – Winemaker’s dinner with Champagne producer Bruno Paillard.
Thursday, 16th April – Winemaker’s dinner with Rioja producer Cune.
Wednesday 22nd April–Friday 24th April – Trondheim Wine Festival. More information to come…

What’s on offer in the lounge?
- Juleøl tasting: book a Christmas beer tasting to get your event off to a sensational start! We have curated a package of four local Christmas beers, which will be presented by one of our staff. Served with our delicious chicken wings! 295,- per person.
- Christmas Afterwork, with glögg and cookies. Our homemade glogg and bakes, to be enjoyed around the Christmas tree. More drinks / snacks can be ordered from the menu. 145,-/person
- Book a bucket of beers or bottles of bubbles, chilled and ready to serve on arrival. Draw the curtains for privacy if you wish, sit back, put on some music and enjoy the start of the festive season!

Signed Cookbook and Dinner for two
Give the foodie in your family the gift of gastronomy this year!
A copy of Christopher Davidsen’s cookbook, complete with a personal greeting, together with a dinner for two. 2,400,- (four-course menu and aperitif included).
The book and gift card package is available for purchase in the restaurant*. Alternatively, you can buy it online and use the comment section to write what you would like Christopher to say, as well as arrange a time for collection.
*If Chef Davidsen is not in the building, we’ll make sure the greeting is written at a later date, or you can choose one of the signed copies already available.
Christopher’s Christmas Gourmet Box
This year, you have the opportunity to purchase a food box from Tollbua, featuring a classic Christmas dinner designed and prepared by Christopher Davidsen.
With world-class ingredients, simple recipes from the head chef, and local juice and wine recommendations from award-winning sommelier Henrik Dahl Jahnsen – here you’ll find everything you need to impress and delight your guests this Christmas.
