Tollbua’s wine director is none other than Henrik Dahl Jahnsen, five time Norwegian sommelier and president of the Norwegian Sommelier Association. The restaurant boasts a fine selection of vintages, with one cellar dedicated exclusively to Champagne and high end sparkling wine.
